If you do have an initial password, but missed to activate your user account within 30 days, you are welcome to send an e-mail to
Helpdesk(at)zuglogin.ch with your customer number as well as your mobile number.
Service times (Mon-Fri) 07:30 – 11:45 hrs, 13:00 – 17:30 hrs
The Helpdesk will extend the initial password for a further 30 days after your identity has been checked.
If you did not collect your initial password letter at the post office in time, you can request a new initial password by choosing the "Request a user account"
followed by the menu item «(Natural person) Download application form»
or «(Legal person, company representative) Download application form»
The new initial password will be sent to you in a registered letter.
